Although it is natural to be
unsure about your future,
it's crucial that you try to
accomplish something- anything.

you will begin to see your goals come into focus.
自分でなければできない
自分の使命もわかってくるものです。
You will discover your mission-
the one only you can fulfill.

A person who has firm goals
is way ahead of a person who has none.
目標を立てるということは、
その人自身が建設されていくのです。
Setting goals is the starting point from
which you begin to construct your life.
青春の戦いとは「自分をつくる」戦いです。
Youth is the time to struggle to
develop and shape yourself,
「心を鍛える」
「頭脳を鍛える」
「体を鍛える」
戦いなのです。
an ongoing challenge to train
spiritually, intellectually and physically.

A solid foundation is
essential in all things.
土台なくしては、どんな家も、どんなビルも建たない。
No building can stand without a foundation.
人生も同じです。
The same is true in life.
その土台を建設するのが青春時代です。
And the time to construct that foundation is
now, during your youth.
